Born on this festive day, she has been our true rainbow baby in every sense of the word. Her presence in our lives is a reminder that even after the darkest storms, the most vibrant rainbows emerge.

The Journey to Our Rainbow Baby

Just a few months before conceiving Vivian, we faced one of the most heartbreaking experiences a parent can endure—we lost a baby at 19 weeks. It was supposed to be a routine ultrasound, a moment of joy and anticipation, but instead, we were met with devastating silence. No heartbeat. No movement. Just an overwhelming sense of loss. At the time, we already had two young children, just 1 and 2 years old, who needed us to stay strong despite our own grief. It was one of the most humbling and challenging moments of our lives.

And then, Vivian happened. She was meant to be here, and in her, we found a new light. Her arrival reaffirmed our faith in the world that even after loss, there is love. Even after sorrow, there is joy. And that sometimes, the most beautiful gifts come from the most unexpected circumstances.

Every year on March 17th, we don’t just celebrate St. Patrick’s Day—we celebrate her. We celebrate her laughter, her kindness, her boundless energy, and the way she fills our home with joy and brings that energy to everyone she meets.
